The audio of your conversations is not stored. While the call is happening, Maddie listens. When the call ends, there is a brief processing window during which we turn what you said into text notes. After that window closes, the audio is gone for good.
We keep only our interpretation of your words: the chapter drafts, the preferences you set, your contacts, your share choices. We do not sell or share this data. We do not analyze it for advertising. We do not let third parties use it to train anything.
You can take a copy of everything at any time, in plain text and PDF. You can delete a piece — one chapter, one paragraph, one phrase. You can delete the whole account; we will email you your transcripts and latest book first, then erase the rest. After we delete, we cannot bring it back even if you asked us to.
If a family member set this up for you, they paid for it. They do not own your data. They cannot read what you said unless you choose to share a chapter with them.
